Positions:

Supervisor

Duties:

•  Handle shifts;
•  Follow up his stuff attendance and appearance;
•  Communicate with suppliers and follow up on sending and receiving orders;
•  Control & minimize the waste;
•  To make sure of effective implementation of the food safety & quality management system.

Store Manager

Duties:

•  Liaise with logistic to optimize the service level to stores;
•  Ensure the promotion is 100% implemented in concerned store;
•  Analyze the promotional results to optimize the commercial attractiveness of our supermarkets;
•  Ensure the supermarkets price policy is 100% applied in store;
•  Ensure the availability of merchandise planogram and his proper implementation in stores;

Cashier

Duties:

• Knowledge of cash transactions;
• Keeping a cash book;
• Knowledge of the product range of the outlet;
• Calculate customers at the checkout (cash, cards);
• Keep your checkout area clean.

Seller-shop assistant

Duties:

• Consulting buyers on the assortment of goods;
• Layout of goods on racks, showcase dressing;
• Control of the availability of goods, quality and shelf life of products;
• Control over the presence of price tags on the windows and their reliability;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the hall.

Fish cutting and cleaning specialist (Fisher)

Duties:

• Consulting buyers on the assortment of goods in the fish department;
• Display of products in showcase refrigerators;
• Quality control and shelf life of products;
• Cleaning and cutting fish (at the request of the client)

Meat cutting specialist (Butcher)

Duties:

• Consultation of buyers on the assortment of goods in the meat department;
• Butchering meat, making a bite of semi-finished products, preparing minced meat, making semi-finished products of ready-made dishes and also semi-finished meat products in a marinade;
• Control the quality and shelf life of products in the store warehouse and also in a storage room in a minus refrigerator.

Grilled Chicken Specialist (Grillman)

Duties:

• Serve and advise buyers;
• Butcher, marinate and grill chickens;
• Control the quality and shelf life of products in the shop window and also in a storage room in a minus refrigerator.

Tandoor baker

Duties:

• Making preparations and baking bread;
• Knowledge of the mode and duration of baking;
• Make a cost estimate for bakery products;
• Observe sanitary and epidemiological requirements when baking flour products;
• Maintain a clean work area.

Packer

Duties:

• Packing of cereals, flour, sugar and other products.

Loader

Duties:

• Loading and unloading of goods and equipment.

General reqiurements:

• Age from 18 to 40 years old;
• Accomodation in the city of Tashkent;
• Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek (English is welcome and can be your advantage;
• Education - secondary specialized, higher.
